PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
Coumil of the City of Carlsaad held on the 17th day of September, 1957 , by
the following vote:
AYES: Mayor Castorena, Councilmen Ledgerwood and Robinson.
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilman Baird and Helton.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD ACCEPT- ING DEDICATION OF EASEMENT AND RIGHT -OF-WAY ON ET
ON BETWEEN HOOVER __ STREETS.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad does hereby resolve as follows: I
1. The City Council of the City of Carlsbad herewith accepts in behalf I
