RESOLUTION NO, 289
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF CARLSB , CALIFORNIA,
DIRECTING THAT CE IN STREET WORK BE DONE UNDER THE DIRECTION AND TO
THE SATISFACTION OF THE ENGINEER
OFWORK, -
(Assessment District No. 2- 1957
WHEREAS, heretofore on this date, this City Council of the City of
Carlsbad has adopted its Resolution No. 287 ordering certain sanitary sewer
work, said work being more particularly described in its Resolution No.. 282
and shown on plans (which include profiles and detailed drawings) , designated
"Plans for construction of sanitary sewer system and pumping station in
Assessment District 2~1957''~ on file in the office of the City Clerk of said
City, and described in specifications designated "Specifications No. 2-1957",
also on file in the office of said City Clerk; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable that said work shall be done
tion and to the satisfaction of the Engineer of Work, and that the materials
used shall comply with said specifications and be to the satisfaction of said
Engineer of Work instead of the Superintendent of Streets of said City;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of CarlSbad, Californi
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER that said work shall
be done under the direction of and to the satisfaction of said Engineer of Work
and that the materials used shall comply with said specifications and be to the
satisfaction of said Engineer of Work instead of the Superintendent of Streets
of the City of Carlsbad.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED on the 1st day of October, 1957,
by the following vote, to wit:

Mayor Castorena, Councilmen Ledgerwood, an.d:Helton.
ABSENT: Councilman Baird
ABSTAINING: Councilman Robinson.
