RESOLUTION NO. 361
RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL MAP OF
SEACREST ESTATES UNIT NO. 1
WHEREAS, on the 7th day of January, 1958, the City Council
Resolution No. 328 approving the tentative map of SEACREST EST,_
UNIT NO. 1; and
adopted

WHEREAS, on this date the Sbbdivider has entered into an agreement
uith the City of Carlsbad to make all improvements required by the terms of
Xesolution No. 328 and Ordinance No. 9050 of the City of Carlsbad.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
Zity of Carlsbad that the final map of Seacrest Estates Unit No. 1 be, and the
game is hereby approved by the City of Carlsbad.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
Xty Council held on the 15th day of April, 1958, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Mayor Baird, Councilwoman Sonneman, Cowxihen Ledgerwood
NOES: None and Helton.
ABSENT: None
ABSTAINING: Councilman Lough
