A RESOLUTION VACATING A PORTION OF
BUENA VISTA CIRCLE, LYING WITHN BUENA
VISTA GARDENS ADJACENT TO LOTS 8 AND 9; ORDERING CLERK TO RECORD A CERTIFIED
COPY WITH THE COUNTY RECORDER OF SAN
DIEGO COUNTY.
WHEREAS, on the 18th day of February, 1958, the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad adopted Resolution No. 341, stating its intention to vacate
the property herein vacated, and setting a time and place of hearing; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has posted notices stating street vacation
and date of hearing in accordance with the provisions of Section 8332 of the
Streets and Highway Code of the State of California; and
WHEREAS, at 7:30 o,'clock P.M. on the 18th day of March, 1958, the
City Council of the City of Carlsbad held a hearing at its regular meeting
place in the City of Carlsbad at 2960 Pi0 Pic0 Drive; and
WHEREAS, all persons who were interested in or opposed to the street
vacation were heard, now, therefore,
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad DOES HEREBY RESOLVE
as follows:
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad does hereby vacate a portion
of Buena Vista Circle, lying within Buena Vista Gardens adjacent to Lots
8 and 9 in accordance with the map attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A",
and by reference thereto made a part of this resolution.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the City Clerk
shall be and he is hereby instructed to certify a copy of this resolution,
attest to the same under the seal of the City of Carlsbad, and to cause such
certified copy to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of San Diego
County .
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
City Council held on the 20th day of May, 1958, by the following vote:
