WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad on the 10th day of June, 1958, recommended to the City Council by their Resolution No. 70 that the tentative map of TERRAMAR UNIT NO. 6 be approved subject r to the conditions contained in Resolution No. 70 of the Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad on the 17th day of June, 1958, duly considered the recommendation of the Planning Commission, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad as follows: That the City Council does hereby approve the tentative map of TERRAMAR UNIT NO. 6, subject to the following recommendations and conditions being performed by the Subdivider: 1. 2. That the entire subdivision be served by a Public Sewer System. All domestic water supplied to this subdivision shall come from the Carlsbad City Water Department. 3. Proper drainage is to be maintained throughout the subdivision so as to prevent ponding and/or storage of surface water. 4. Fire hydrants shall be located as follows: a. Los Robles Drive at Cerezo Drive at Lot 139; b. C. Los Robles Drive at end of Subdivision at Lot 200; and El Arbol Drive at end of Subdivision at Lot 176. Standard 6" - Double 2 1/2" outlets firehydrants shall be installed. 5. The approximate grades of the proposed streets shall be shown. 6. The proposed grade for El Arbol Drive will necessitate a storm drain An 8' drainage easemer to be extended eastward to the edge of the subdivision. shall be provided between lot lines on the east side of El Arbol Drive. 7. Permanent street paving shall be two or more inches of asphaltic concrete laid upon sub-base as required by the Engineering Department. 9. All necessary concrete cross gutters, curb inlets and underground storm drain facilities shall be provided as determined to be necessary. 10. Street signs, traffic signs and street barricades shall be installed at all points to be determined. 11. All underground utilities shall be installed before the permanent paving is laid. 12.
