Section 3. That no changers are to ba "30 On the boun-fes of the

boundaries described in the reblottiation of intention, to wit: Resolution NO. 417,
and the work propoared to be &ne fa likewise defined end estlblighed as thar
work described fa said Resolution No. 417, and rsference is hereby mode to
said Reaolutfon No. 41'7 for a full and completet description uf said work and
of the aw%wment dtetrict and far further-particulars.
Seetion 4. That thir resolution shall be entered upon the minute8 of
thils City Council.
