A RESOLUTION OF APPRECXATION TO DAVID M. DUNNE, A MEMBER OF THE MAYQR'S ADVISORY COMMITTEE.
WHEREAS, the Mayor of the! City of Carlabend, with the approval ai the
City Council of the City of Cerslsbad, 'did on the 14th day of May, 1958, appoint
a Mayor's Advisory Committee for the purpwe of reviewing the administrative
procedure of the City of Carlabad; and
WHEREAS, the MayorP'8 Advisory Committee held multiple: meeting&,
om public hearing snd many conferences with City officiarls of the City of
Carlabad and other cltie?ss In the State of Calffamia; and
WHERJZAS, the inquiry and investigation 02 the May0r4s Advisory
Committee has been detailed and exhaustive; and
WHEREAS, the consideration, devotion and €neighi of the committee of
the Mayar's Adxisory Committafe has demonstrated 8 keen insight into the
mechanfcs and functional ctpcsratim oi &unicfpal government; and
WHEREAS, the eonctuaiom and recommeanhtions reached by the Mayor+G
Advisory Committee represent a studied rand enlightened report prepared by
conscientious citizens who have responded to the cballenye of civic responsi-
bility; arnd
WHEREAS, DAVID M. DUNTJE, ha8 sevved ably and consclentiausly upon
the Mayor's Advisory Committee;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Csrlsbad, DOES
BEREBY RESOLVE as follows: I
Section I. That the official thanks and appreciation of the City of Carisba
is hereby warmly. extended to DAVID 111. DUPitrJE for his work and servicea
performed on the Mayor'B Advirory Committee,
Section 2. That et certified copy of this resolution be delivered to
DAVID M. DU"E by the City Clerk of the City of' Clarlsbard.
