A RESOLUTION OF wpzmc" TO JOE €3. CmKR&L, A MEMBER OF THE MAYOR'S ADVISORY COMMITTEE.
WISEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Carlsbad, with the approval of the
City Council of the City of Carlabad, did on the 19th day of May, 1958, appoint
a Mayor1$ Advisory Committee far the purpose of reviewing the ladministrsltivc
procedure of the City of Carlabad; and
WNEREAS, the MiayoF'I AdIdsOZ'y CO"itt@@ held mUMpIe ma%tingS,
one public hearing and many conferences with City officials of the City of
Carlsbad and other cities in the State of California; and
WHEREAS, the inquiry and investigation of the Mayor is Advisory
Committee has been detailed and exhaustive; and
WHEREAS, the consideration, devotion and insight of the committee of
the Mayor's Advisory Committee has demonstrated a keen insight into the
mechanics and functional operation of municipal government; and
WHEmAS, the canclusiono and recammendoltion8 reached by the Mayor 'a
Adviewy Committee represent a studied and enlightened report prepared by
conscfentfgus citizens who have responded to the chaUc?nga of civic reqmnei-
bility; and

the &fayor's Advisory Committee;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of tbe City of Carlsbad, DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE as f0Uow8:
