A RESOLUTION OF APPRECIATION TO ROBERT RASCH, A MEMBER OF THE MAYOR'S ADVISORY COMMITTEE.
WHEREAS, the Mayor Q€ the City of Crrlerbad, with the approval of the
City Council of the City of Carlsbad, did on the 14th day of May, 1958, appoint
a Mayor's Advisory Committee for the purposre of reviewing %ha administrative
procedure of the City of Carlsbad; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor's Advisory Committee held multiple meetings,
one public hearing and many CQnf0r~nCeB with City officials of the! City of
Carlabad and other cities in the State of California; and
WEREAS, the inquiry and investigation of the MayortB Advisory
Committee has been dstailsd and exhaustive; and
WWEREAS, the consideration, devotion and insight of the committee of
the Mayor's Advisory Committee has damonatrated a keen insight into the
mechanics and functional operation of municipal goverrunent; and
WHEREAS, the conclusions and recommendations reached by the Mayor*$
Advisory Committee represent a studied and enlightened report prepwed by
conscientious cftizens who have relzsponded to the challenge of civic re8ponsi-
bility; and
WlilEREAS, ROBERT BASCH, ha@ served ably and conscientiously upon
the Mayor's Advisory Committee;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Carlabad, IXIES
BEREBY RESOLVE aa follows:
Section 1. That the official thanker and appreciation of the City of
Carlsbad is hereby warmly extended to ROBERT RASCN for his work and
services performed on the Mayor 'a Advisory Committee.
Section That a certified copy of thiB resolution be delivered to
ROBERT RASCH by the City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad,
