HomeMy WebLinkAbout1958-09-24; City Council; Resolution 444a , RESOLUTION NO. 444 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GARISBAD APPROVING THE TENTATIVE UP OF KNOWLES TERRACE. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad on the 23rd day of September, 1958, recommended to the City Council by their Resolution No. 54 that the tentative map of KNOWLES TERRACE be approved subject to the conditions contained in Resolution No. 84 of the Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad on the 24th day of September, 1958, duly considered the recommendation of the Planning G ommi s sion, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad as follows: That the City Council does hereby approve the tentative map of KNOWLES TERUCE subject to the following recommendations and conditions being performed by the Subdivider: 1. 2. The following dedications are recom- mended: a. Buena Vista Drive {secondary street) - in the southerly 13 feet. b, Pi0 Pic0 Drive (secondary street) - IQ feet. c, Knowles Street (residential Street) - 10 feet. All of the above dedications should be clearly set forth and related to any existing improvements . 8. On the north side of "B" Street, provisions.should be made to have sufficient buffer strips for all lands fronting upon said street that are not a part of this subdivision, 9. All construction of the sewer system shall be in accordance with the standards of the City of Carlsbad. 15, All improvements which are required of the subdivider to be in- stalled and dedicated to the City of Carlsbad shall be described in improvemenl plans approved by the Department of Public Services, I 16. Fire hydrants shall be located as follows: a, Southeast corner of Buena Vista Drive and Pi0 Pic0 Drive, b, Southeast corner of Knowles Street at Pi0 Pic0 Drive. C.
