Properties having a frontage on Highland Drive shall have a minimum required frontage of 75 feet, and a minimum area of 10,000 square feet. 2. Where a lot split is requested for corner property within the above RESOLUTION NO. 456 described zone, the lot being created at the intersection, having frontage on Highland Drive, shall be the controlling lot as to zoning; and any lot created to the rear line of the corner lot with frontage on a side street, shall assume RES TION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD CLARIFYING THE BOUNDARIES OF ZOMNG ON HIGHLAND DRIVE BETWEEN ITS INTERSECTION WITH HILLSIDE DRIVE AND BUENA VISTA AVENUE. S S, the Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad on the 28th day of October, 1958, adopted Resolution No. 90, clarifying the boundari of zoning on Highland Drive between its intersection with Hillside Drive and Buena Vista Avenue; and 'WHEREAS, the City Council has considered said resolution and concurs with the findings and interpretation of the Planning Commission, NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad does resolve as follows: all of the characteristics, including zoning regulations, of other properties having frontage on the side street. PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, at an adjourned meeting held on the 7th day of November, 1958, by the following vote, to wit: AYES: Mayor Ledgerwood, Councilmen Grober and Helton, and Councilwomen Sonneman and Coats.
