RESOLUTION NO. 473
RESOLUTION THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CHANGING THE ENGINEER OF WORK,
(Assessment District No. 5-1958)
WHEREAS, on the 4th day of March, 1958, the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad adopted Resolution No. 353 appointing JACK Y, KUBOTA
as Engineer of Work and Superintendant of Streets for the work and imgrove-
ments of Assessment District No. 5-1958; and
WHEREAS, on the 15th day of November, 1958, JA.CKY. KUBOTA
terminated his services as the Engineer of Work and Superintendant of Streets
for the above referenced improvement district.
MOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad, that CLYDE L. JENKEN shall be, and he is hereby
appointed to act as Engineer of Work and Superintendant of Streets from and
after the 15th day of November, 1958, including all surveys, original drawing:
maps and blue prints, including any and all such maps necessary and incident
to the rights of way contemplated in the improvement work herein involved;
all plans and specifications, all inspection work, preparation of assessment
rolls, assessment diagram and warrant and any and all other services which
shall be required from the Engineer of Work or Superintendant of Streets
under the provisions of the Improvement Act of 1911.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
of Carlsbad at an adjourned meeting of the City Council held on the 3rd day of
December, 1958, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Mayor Ledgerwood, Councilman Helton and Councilwomen
NOES: None
Sonneman and Coats.
ABSENT: None
