The City Council of the City of Carlsbad does hereby resolve
as follows:
SECTION 1% The procedure for *he vacation of the westerly
portion of Carlsbad Boulevard between certain designated points in
the City of Carlsbad, sbll be, and the same is hereby ordered to
be in accordance with the proceedings set forth in the State Vaoatic
Act of 1941, contained fn Seotions 8300 to 8374 of the Streets and
Highways Code of the State of California.
SECTION 2, It is hereby resolved and deolared to be the
intention of the City Council %o vacate that portion of
portion of Carlsbad Boulevard, aore particu2arl.y aesoribed as
