Recorder of San Diego County, and to further submit a certified copy hereof
to the District Superintendent, Division of Beaches and Parks, P. 0. Box 1328
San Clemente, California.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
of Carlsbad at a regular meeting held on the 3rd day of March, 1959, by the
following vote, to wit:
AYES. Councilmen Grober, Sonneman, Ledgerwood, Helton and Coats.
