W, on the 20th day of April, 1959, the City Clerk, after having tice inviting bids as required by law, publicly opened all bids ruction of the addition to the City Hall in accordance with the cifications on file in the office of the City Clerk; and EREAS, the firm of Malvin and NicMas of Los Angeles, California, id in the amount of $33,751.00, and no other bids were received, cil after considering the same and hearing the reports of the neer, adopted the following resolution: IS HEREBY RESOLVED that all bids for the construction of an City Hall in accordance with the Plans and Specifications on ty Clerk in the City of Carlsbad, be, and the same are hereby IT FURTHER RESOLVED, DECLARED AND FOUND that the performed more economically by day labor, and that the upplies can be furnished at a lower price in the open market. IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager be, and he is d to proceed to complete said project by day labor and with pplies purchased on the open market.
