RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD DENYING A VARIANCE OM
PROPEXTY LEGALLY DESCRIBED AS LOT 17,

EAS, on the 14th day of April, 1959, the Planning Commission of the
