RESOLUTION OF THE CITY CO L OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 552.
WHEREAS, due to mistake Resolution No. 552 states
the incorrect estimated cost;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council
Carlsbad, California, does hereby RESOLVE,
ORDER as follows :
of the City of
DETERMINE AND
Section 1. That Section 3 of Resolution No. 552
be amended to read as follows:
“Section 3. That the public interest and
necessity demands the acquisition and constrm-
tion by the City of Carlsbad of a certain
municipal improvement, to wit: street work and
improvements, including grading and the con-
struction or reconstruction of paving, curbs,
gutters, sidewalks, drainage facilities and
appurtenances and appurtenant Work, the open-
ing, widening, extension, alignment or re-
alignment of streets, the relocation of public
utilities, and the acquisition of land, ease-
ments, rights of way, apparatus, equipment and
other property necessary for any of the fore-
going. The estimated cost of said municipal
improvement is the sum of $800,000 which
includes any or all of the following:
(a) legal or other fees incidental to or
connected with the authorization, issu-
ance and sale of the bonds, and (b) the
costs of printing the bonds and other
costs and expenses incidental to or
connected with the issuance and sale of
the bonds.
estimated cost to be paid from bonds of
the City of Carlsbad is the sum of $5OO,OOO.”
That the portion of the
