RESOLUTION NO. 568
ANNOUNCING REGARDING
THE CITY OF
WHEREAS, on the 14th day of July, 1959, the Carlsbad City Planning
Commission acdopted Resolution No. 125, which is herewith referred to and
made a part hereof; and
WHEREAS, on August 4, 1959 a duly advertised public hearing was held
as prescribed by law to consider the reclassification from Zone R-A-10 to
Zone R-l-?,5 of property described as:
Property located on the northerly
side of Forest Avenue between Crest Drive and the northerly terminal of Highland Drive, in the City of Carlsbad, being Tax Assessor's Parcel 1, Rook 35,
Page 164, of the Assessor's Map of San Diego County;

WHEREAS, the City Council received all recommendations and heard
rsons interested in or opposed to the proposed change of zone classifica-
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad DOES
HEREBY DECLARE FINDINGS AND RESOLVE that the findings of the
Planning Commission contained in Resolution No. 125 constitute the findings
of the City Council of the City of Carlsbad.
BE IT FURTHER DECLARED AND RESOLVED that the City Council
certified that the approval of the proposed change of zone classification is
necessary to carry out the general purpose of Ordinance No. 9060 as amended
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council does hereby
declare its intention to adopt an ordinance to effectuate the proposed change of
zone classification.
BE IT FURTHER DECLARED AND ORDERED that the City Attorney
is hereby instructed to prepare an ordinance amending Ordinance No. 9060

to effectuate the change of zone classification.
PASSED, APPROVED AJJD ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
City Council held on the 4th day of August, 1959, by the following vote,
to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Grober, Sonneman, Ledgerwood, McPherson and
NOES: None Coats.
ABSENT: None
