RESOLUTION OF mE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZ- ING CERTAIN OF ITS Ml3Ml3ERS TO FILE A WRITTEN ARGUPlENT FOR A CITY MEASURE.
WHEREAS, an election is to be held in the City
of Carlsbad on October 13, 1959, at which there will be
submitted to the qualified electors of said city the
following city measure:
SEWER BOND PROPOSITION: Shall the City of Carlsbad incur a bonded indebted- ness in the principal sum of $1,200,000 for the acquisition and construction by said city of a certain municipal improve- ment, to wit: additions to the sanitary sewage collection, treatment and disposal system of said city, including interceptor and trunk sewers, ocean outfall sewer, pumping stations, new sewage treatment plants, additions to the existing treat- ment plant, and for the foregoing appurte- nances and works appurtenant thereto, including the acquisition of all land, easements, rights of way, pipe, pumps, machinery and other properky necessary theref or?
