CHANGE
OF THE LYING ON THE WE STREET BETWEEPa UT AVENUE AND MAGNOLIA AVENUE; AND DIRECTING THE
OF ROOSEVELT

CE OF THE PROPOSED CHANGE
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad does hereby resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD
on its own motion does hereby declare its intention to consider the change of
zone from Zone R-L to Zone R-3 for that area on Roosevelt Street in the City
of Carlsbad generally described as follows:
The easterly 200 feet of Tax Assessor's Parcels No. 10 and 11 in Assessor's Map Book No. 35,
Page 35 of San Diego County, State of California, Lying on the West side of Roosevelt Street between Chestnut Avenue and Magnolia Avenue.
SECTiON 2. The Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad is hereb3
directed to hold a public hearing in the manner provided by law to consider the
above proposed change of zone.
SECTION 3. The Secretary of the Planning Commission is hereby
directed to give notice in the manner prescribed by law of the above proposed
change of zone.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Carlsbad, held on the 19th day of January, 1960,
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES; Councilmen Sonneman, Ledgerwood, McPhersorr. "C i-.
NOES: cilman La Roche
