RESOLUTION NO. 631
ZESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFOFNU,
DIRECTING THAT CERTAIN STREET WORK
BE DONE UNDER THE DIRECTION ABD TO THE
SATISFACTION OF THE ENGINEER OF WORK.
(Assessment District No. 5-1959)
WHEREAS, heretofore on this date, this City Council of the City of
Carlsbad has adopted its Resolution NO. 630, ordering certain sanitary sewer
work, said work being more particularly described in its Resolution No. 624
and shown on plans (which include profiles and detailed drawings) designated
‘$Plan for sewerage system and pumping station in Carlsbad Blvd. from Chinquapin
Avenue to Hemlock Avenue. Also Chinquapin Avenue, Sequoia Avenue, Tamarack
Avenue, Redwood Avenue and Hemlock Avenue from Carlsbad Blvd. to Garfield
Street”, on file in the office of the City Clerk of said City, and to speci-
fications for said work which are designated ”Specifications No. 5-1959**, also
on file in the office of said City Clerk; and
MHERZAS, it is desirable that said work shall be done under the direction
and to the satisfaction of the Engineer of Work, and that the materials used
shall comply with said specifications and to the satisfaction of said Engineer
of Work instead of the Superintendent of Streets of said City.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California,
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETER”INE .4ND ORDER that said work shall be done under the
direction of and to the satisfaccion of said Engineer of Work and that the
materials used shall comply with said specifications and be to the satisfaction
of said Engineer of Work insread of the Superintendent of Streets of the City
of Carlsbad.
PASSED, APPZOVED AND ACOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council held
on the Ist day 06 -March, 1960, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Sonneman, Grober, McPherson and La Roche.
NOES: None ABSTAINING: Councilman Ledgerwood.
ABSENT: None
