RESOLUTION NO. 638
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, ADOPTING BUDGET PROPOSAL FOR EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS ALLOCATED UNDER SECTION 2107.5 OF THE
STREETS AND HIGHWAYS CODE.
WHEREAS, a master agreement has been executed between the State of
California and the City of Carlsbad for the expenditure of the engineering
allocation to cities; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has read said agreement in full and is
familiar with the contents thereof;
THEREFORE, be it resotved by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
that said budget proposal be and is hereby adopted as the budget of proposed
expenditures of the engineering allocation to cities, and said budget proposal
be and the same is hereby approved and the Mayor andlor City Clerk are
directed to sign the same on behalf of said city, said budget proposal to be
binding upon the city upon its approval by the authorized officials of the State.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
Council held on the 5th day of April, 1960, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Grober, Sonneman, Ledgerwood, McPherson and
NOES: None La Roche
ABSENT: None

held on April 5, 1960.
