A THE CITY OF CARLSBAD A AND SPZCIFICATIONS
{Assessment District No. 1-1960)
WHEREAS, plans designated "Construction Plans for the Improvement
of Chestnut Avenue between Pi0 Pic0 Drive and Monroe Street" consisting of
eleven sheets numbered 1 thru 11, and specifications designated "Specifications
No. 1-1960", providing for certain street improvements in the City of Carlsbad
have been presented to this City Council and pr
are to be taken under the Improvement Act of 1911; and
eedings for the improvement
WHEREAS, an assessment district map designated '*Map of Assessment
District No. 1-1960'' showing the boundaries of the territory benefited by said
proposed work and to be assessed therefor, has been presented to this Council
and examined; and
WHERW, the estimated cost of said work has been filed with this
City Council by the Ehgineer for said work;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, Californi
DOES HEREBY RESQLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDEB as follows:
SECTION I. That said plans and specifications are hereby approved anc
ordered filed in the office of the City Clerk.
SECTION 2. That said assessment district map is hereby approved anc
ordered filed in the office of the City Clerk.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Carlsbad held on the 5th day of July, 1960, by the follow-
ing vote, to wit:
Aym: Councilmen Cuevara, Bierce, Sonneman and McPherson.
