I1 3.365 3.395 3.445 3.525 3,745 3.425 3.545 3.605 3.745 3.695 4.21 3,925 2.88 3.08 OVERTIME: Not less than one and one-half times the abofe prevailing rates of per diem wages shall be paid for overtime work performed on Sundays and legal holidays, as defined in Section 6700 of the California Government Code, for work performed in excess of eight hours in any one calendar day where overtime is permitted by law. Said general prevailing rates shall be specified in the call for bids for said contract and in the contract itself. PASSED, APP WED AND ADOPTED on the 5th day of July, 1960, by the City Comcil of the City of Carlsbad at a regular meeting of the Council held on said date, by the following vote, to wit: AYES: Councilmen Guevara, Bierce, Sonneman and McPherson.
