RESOLUTION NO, 670
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD APPROVING
PETITION.
(Assessment District No. 2 -1960)
WHEREAS, on July 1, 1960, a petition was filed with the C ty Clerk
of the City of Carlsbad, wherein petitioners requested the construction and
installation of a sanitary sewer in Valley Street between Basswood Avenue
and Chestnut Avenue;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE AND DECLARE as follows:
1. That said petition has been filed with the City Clerk as aforesaid.
2. That said petition does not bear sufficient signatures to waive
investigation proceedings required by Division 4, of the Streets and Highway
Code of the State of California.
3. That said petition is hereby approved, but that further work shall
not be done pursuant thereto until such time as the Health Officer of the City
of Carlsbad shall have certified that the installation of said sewer is necessarj
as a health measure.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad at a regular meeting held on the 2nd day of August, 1960, by
the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Guevara, Bierce, Sonneman, McPherson and La Roc
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
