RESOLUTION NO, 674
A RESOLUTION OF TKE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD DIRECTING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICA-
PREPARE PLANS, J TIONS AND DESIGNATING ENGINEER TO
(Assessment District No, 2-1960)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, that
CLYDE L, JENKEN, Engineer of Work, be and he is hereby directed to
prepare plans and specifications for said proposed work; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proceedings for such work shall
be taken in accordance with the provisions of the "Improvement Act of 1911''
under Re solution of Intention to be her e aft e r adopt e d.
'BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the said Clyde L. Jenken, be,
and he is hereby directed to prepare a map showing the boundaries and the
district to be assessed for the said proposed work and improvement.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that ayde L. Jenken, is hereby
directed to denominate said plans , If Plan for sewage system in Valley Street
between Basswood Avenue and Chestnut Avenue", and that said Engineer
shall designate said specifications for such proposed improvement,
fI Specifications No. 2-1960".
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Clyde L. Jenken be, and he is
hereby directed to prepare an estimate of the cost for the construction of sail
work and improvements.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that said Clyde L, Jenken be, and he
is hereby directed to prepare a wage scale to be paid to persons employed in
the construction of said work and improvements,
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad at a regular meeting held on the €6thday of August, 1960,
