3. That the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
shall hold a hearing at the hour of 7130 oTclock P.M.,, on

5. In the event any of the nuisances herein de-
clared have been abated to the satisfaction of the Public
Works Director by the voluntary act of the affected pro-
perty owners, their agents or employees, prior to the date
of hearing fixed herein,then in such event the Pablic Works
Director is authorized and directed to delete such abated
nuisance from the enfotcement provisions of this resolution
