RESOLUTION NO, 686
H COUMCIL OF THE C ELM AVENUE STREET TO VEHICULAR
WHEREAS, Elm Avenue west of Ocean Street is no longer needed for
vehicular traffic; and
WHEREAS, it is in the interest of the public safety and welfare that
said portion of said street be closed to vehicular traffic;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT R
that portion of Elm Avenue lying westerly of Ocean. Street is hereby closed to
vehicular traffic.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
of Carlsbad at a regular meeting held on the 12th day of September, 1960 by
the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Guevara, Bierce, Sonneman and McPherson.
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilman La Roche.
