RESOLUTION NO. 702
A RESOLUTfON OF INTENTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, DIRECTING THE: PLANNING COMMBS.lON TO HOLD A HEARING TO CONSIDER THE REVO- CATION OR MODIFICATION OF A CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT ISSUED TO THE CARLSBAD "ION
CHURCH.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad does resolve as follows!
SECTION 1, That the City Council of the City of Carlsbad on account of
Its own motion does hereby direct the Planning Commission to hold a hearing
to consider the revocation or modification of the Conditional Use Permit granted
to the Carlsbad Union Church, allowing recreation area, construction of an
ornamental wall and chain link fence, and use of Sunday School building for
pre-school day nursery, of the following described property:
Lots 21, 22, 23, 24 and 25, Block 58 Carlsbad Lands, according to map thereof
No. 1744 in the City of Carlsbad, said
property being parcels 25, 26, 27, 28 and 32, Book 35, Page 25 of the Assessor's
Map of San Diego County.
SECTION 2. That the City Council has adopted this Resolution of
htention in order to give all the property owners in the surrounding area of the
above described property ample opportunity to be heard.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
Council of said city held on the 1st day of November, 1960, by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Guevara, Bierce, McPherson, Sonneman and La Rochc
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
