RESOLUTION NO. 705
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCILCOF
THE CITY OF CARLSBAD ANNOUNCING FINDINGS AND DECISION REGARDWG CHANGE
OF ZONE CLASSIFICATION FROM R-I-L~OOO
SQ FT, TO ZONE R-T AND FROM ZONE R-A TO ZONE C-2 OF THAT PROPERTY DESCRlBED AS LOTS 10 AND 11, BLOCK D, BELLA VETA
TRACT AND A PORTION OF L0T"I'' RANCHO
BEING A PART OF TAX
35, PAGE 105, PARCEL 7,
OF THE COUNTY OF SAN DIEGO,
WHEREAS, on the 9th day of November, 1960, the Carlsbad City
Planning Commission adopted Resolution No, 186, which is herewith referred
to and made a part hereof; and
WHEREAS, on the 6th day of December, 1960, at a duly advertised public
hearing the City Council of the City of Carlsbad considered the Planning
Commission's Resolution No, 186; and

WHEREAS, at said hearing the City CQWCU heard all persons interested
in or opposed to the recommendations of the Planning Commission as set forth
in Resolution No, 186;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad DOES
HEREBY DECLARE FINDINGS AND RESOLVE that the findings of the
Planning Commission contained in Resolution No. 186 constitute the findings
of the City Council of the City of Carlsbad.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AND DECLARED that the City Ccruncil
hereby certifies that the approval of the amendment to Ordinance No. 9060,
as approved by ReqFlution No, 186 of the Planning Cammission is necessary
to carry out the general purpose of Ordinance No. 9060.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council does hereby declare
its intention to adopt an ordinance to effectuate the change in Ordinance NQ,
9060, as set forth in Resolution No, 186 of the Planning Commission.
BE IT FURTHER DECLARED AND ORDERED that the City Attorney
is hereby instructed io prepare an ordinance amending Ordinance Na. 9060
ta effectuate the change of zone classification,
