RESOLUTION NO. 717
A RESOLUTLON OF THE CITY COU-MCIL
OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,I DIRECTING
NOTICE OF’ FILING OF ASSESSMENT AND OF THE TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING THEREOF,
(Assessment DiStrict No.. 2-1960)
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Carlsbad, California,
as follows:
That the City Clerk of said City be, and he is hereby authorized and
directed to give notice of the filing by the Engineer of Work of said City of his
Assessment NQ. 2-1960 made to cover the cost and expenses of the work done
upon those streets and properties in the City of Carlsbad described in Section 1
of Resolution of Intention No, 691; the City Clerk is further directed to give
notice of the time and place, to be fixed by the City Clerk, when all persons
interested in said work or assessment will be heard by said Council, by postin1
mailing and publishing such notice in manner and form required by law, re-
quiring all persans interested therein and feeling aggrieved thereby, to file
in writing their appeals therefrom, prior to the day fixed for said hearing. Suc
notice shall be published twice in the Carlsbad Journal, a newspaper published
and circulated weekly in said City and hereby designated for that purpose. The
first publication of such notice shall be not less than fifteen (15) days before
the time fixed for such hearing,
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
Council held on the 7th day of February, 1961, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Guevara, Bierce, Sanneman, NIcPherson and La Rock
NOES! None
ABSENT: None
