RESOLUTION NO., 745
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBaD PRO'MDDMG FOR THE STORAGE AND SAFE-
KEEPING OF CITY PROPERTY DEPOSITED WITH THE SECURITY FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF LOS ANGELES, CARLSBAD SRcnpJCI&
RESOLVED, that WESLEY F, GREEK, Treasurer of the City of Carlsba - be, and he is hereby authorized ta enter into an agreement and any renewals
thereof with Security First National Bank of LOS Angeles in accordance with
said bankts requirements, conditions, regulations and rules, for the storage
or safekeeping of any property belonging to the City of Carlsbad, which may nov
be in possession of or which may hereafter be deposited with said Bank for
storage or safekeeping; aad to have access to and to do and perform, with
referenct to withdrawing all or any part of said property from storage or
safekeeping or in relation to any other thing pertaining thereto, including the
release to said Bank of all liability on account thereof, all things which said
Bank may require, This resolution shall remain in full force and effect until
said Bank is given written notice to the contrary at the Office or Branch at
which said property is held for storage or safekeeping
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
of Carlsbad at a regular meeting held on May 16* 1961, by the following vote
to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Guevara, Bierce, La Roche, Sanneman and McPherso
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
