RESOLUTION NOA 750
A RESOLUTION OF THE CfTY COWWCZL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD APPROVING
PLAT OF ASSESSMENT DISTRICT, DETER- MZ”G THE NATURE, LOCATfON AND EXTENT OF THE PROPOSED WROVEMENT, AND APPROVING PLANS IWD SPECIFICATIONS.
[Assessment District No, 1-196 1)
WHERmS, plans designated “Plan for sewage system in Eureka Place
between Chestnut Avenue and Basswood Avenue“+ and specifications designated
“Specifications NO, 1-1961**, providing for the construction of certain sanitary
sewer work in the City of Carlsbad have been presented to this City Council
and proceedings for the construction of said work are to be Wen under tbe
Ijnprovement Aci of 1911; and
WHEREXS, an assessment district map designated “Map of Assessment
District No. 1-.1961, showing the boundaries of the territory benefited by said
proposed work and to be assessed therefor, has been presented to us COunCfl
and examined; and
WHERmS, the estimated cost of said work has been filed with this City
Council by the Engineer for said work.
NOW, THEREFORE,. the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California
DOES HEREBY RESOLW, DETERMINE AND ORDER as follows:
SECTION 1. That the plat of the proposed assessment district is
hereby approved and ordered filed in the office of the City Clerk.
SECTION 2. That in the apinion of this City Caurcll the contemplated
work is af more than local or ordinary public benefit* and this City Council
HEREBY DECLARES AND DETERMINES that the area to be benefited, as
reported hy the aforesaid plat, should be declared to be the district benefited
by said work and should be assessed to pay the cost and expense thereof.
SECTION 3, That said Plans and Specifications are hereby approved
and ordered filed in the office of the City Clerk.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by ae City Council of the City

of Carlsbad at a regular meeting held on the 6th day of June, 1961, by the
