ADOPTING AND SUBFiITTING A BUDGET FOR EXPENDITUlXl3 OF
FUNDS ALLOCATED FKOFI TJ-IE STATE IiIGII\JAY FUND TC CITIES
iJliEREAS, a master agpeemeiit has been executed by the City and
the State of California on Mmeh 2 4. , 19&, for expend-
iture of funds allocated from the State highway fund to cities; and,
IJHEREAS, the city council has prepared a project statement
showing estimated expenditures of such funds recommended to be made
during the 19 -- 61 - 62 fiscal year; and,
WI-PEREAS, the city -council has heard read said project statement
and is familiar with the contents thereof;
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the city council of the City of
CABMBAD that said project statement be and it is
hereby adopted as the budget of proposed expenditures of the gas tax
allocation to cities, said project statement be and the same is
hereby approved and the mayor and the city clerk are directed to
sign the same on behalf of said City, and said project statement to
be submitted to the Department of Public Works, State of California,
in accordance with the provisions of Section 197 of the Streets and
Highways Code.
