subject to the following requirements and conditions being performed by the

1, That the subdivision shall be known hereafter as T&vAL3ACK WWX.

3, All buildings constructed in this subdivision shall be connected to the

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk i r by directed to place a
copy of this resolution in the usual course of mail, addressed to the Subdivider
at his address as shown on the tentative map.
- PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 5th day of July, 1961,
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Cauncihn Guevara, Bierce, La Roche, Sonneman and McPherson.
