OF TAIQGACIC IGQ'OR. -- 57~-13EAS, the Flanning Ccmission of the City of Carlsbad on the 27th dey of 1, reconmended to the City Council thet the tentative nap of 3-41 ;NI- UNIT Si2 be aTproved, subject to the conditions hereinafter enumerated in this resolution; and W,!EEtE:~.S, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad on the 5th day of July, 1961, considered the recomendaEions of the Planning Cornmission ; and ;7 I.A~uA~.~AS, ?i;' 77 - the Flanning Coilmission recommended that the Subdivider submit a new name for the 2roposed subdivision 3ALI XAI-UHIT 4 2, since it is not an integral part of tile original 3ali Hai Subdivision $1; and i.lEiE2SAS, on June 33, 1961, the Subdivider presented a new map showing BjLI IAI-Ui<IT SF' 2, as TA\JL3xCK PYiXOR; N013, TK-;E&ZFCRE, 3E IT ESCLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbzd, :hat the City Council does hereby approve said tentative map of TAMARACK YUNOR, subject to the following requirements and conditions being performed by the iubclivid.er : 1, That the subdivision shall be known hereafter as T&vAL3ACK WWX. 2. -111 doxestic vater supplied to this subdivision shall corre from the hrlsbad City Xater Company. 3, All buildings constructed in this subdivision shall be connected to the :arlsbad Public Sewer System. 4, The sewer and t7at2r lines shall not be laic! in the seine trench in any tart of this subdivision. 5. Proper drainage sha.11 be naintnined ti-xoughout the subdivision so as to 1rever.t ponding andlor storage of surface water, 5. Type "G" cmcrete curb and gutter shall be installed in all streets. Concrete cross gutters shall be 5 feet wide and located as required for drainage 15, Sidewalks shall be 4 feet in width and located Sf' from the street right of-way line. 15. All required street name signs, barricades and safety devices shall be iwtalled. 17. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk i r by directed to place a copy of this resolution in the usual course of mail, addressed to the Subdivider at his address as shown on the tentative map. - PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 5th day of July, 1961, by the following vote, to wit: AYES: Cauncihn Guevara, Bierce, La Roche, Sonneman and McPherson.
