RESOLUTION NOs 764
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL :OF
DIRECTING THAT CERTAJN STREET WORK BE DONE UNDER THE DIFiECTION AND TO THE SATISFACTION OF THE ENGINEER OF WORK.
THE CITY OF CARLSBADk- CALIF'O~ZA~
(Assessment District No. 1-1961)
WHEREAS, heretofore on this date, this City Council of the City of
Carlsbad has adopted its ResolUt.ion No. 761, ordering certain sanitary sewer
work, said work being more particularly described in its ResoluUon No. 752
and shown on plans {which include profiles and detailed drawings) designated
Plan for sewage system in Eureka Place between Chestnut Avenue and Basswoc it
Avenue", on file in the office of the City Clerk of said City, and to specificationi
for said work which are designated'' Specifications No. 1-1961", also on file
in the office of said City Clerk; and
WKEREAS, it is desirable that said work shall he done under the dlsectior
and to the satisfaction of the Engineer of Work, and that the materials used
shall comply with said specifications and be to the satisfaction of said Engineer
of Work instead of the Superintendent of Streets of said City.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City CouncFl of the City of Carlsbad, California
DOES mREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE KIND ORDER that said work shall be
done under the direction of and to the satisfaction of said Engineer of Work and
that the materials used shall comply with said specifications and be to the
satisfaction of said Engineer of Work instead of the Superintendent of Streets of
the City of Carkbad,
PASSED, APPROVED AND aDOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
Council held on the 5th day of July, 1961, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Guevarao Bierce, La Roche, Sonneman and McPharsoi
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
