RESOLUTION NO. 771
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF CARLSBBZ), DIRECTING
NOTICE OF FILING OF ASSESSMENT AND
OF THE TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING
THEREOF,
(Assessment District No. 1-1961)
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Carlsbad, California
follows :

he C-ity Clerk of said City be, and he is hereby authorized and
directed to give not e of the filing by the Engineer of Work of said City of his
Assessment Noe 1-1961 made to cover the cost and expenses of the work done upon
those streets and properties in the City of Carlsbad described in Section 1 of
ksolution of Intention No. 752; the City Clerk is further directed to give
iotice of the time and place, to be fixed by the City Clerk, when all persons
interested in said work or assessment will be heard by said Council, by posting,
nailing and publishing such notice in manner and form required by law, requiring
ill persons interested therein and feeling aggrieved thereby, to file in writing
:heir appeals therefrom, prior to the day fixed for said hearing.
