RESOLUTION NO. 773
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, DESIGNATING THE DIRECTOR OF FINANCE AS THE OFFICIAL RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ANNUAL STREET
REPORT.
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Carlsbad does
hereby designate the Director of Finance, of said city to prepare and file
with the State Controller each year the Annual Street Report required by
Section 2151 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
Council held on the 3rd day of October, 1961, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Guevara, Bierce, La Roche and Sonneman.
NOES: None
T: Councilman McPherson.
