RESOLUTION NO. 781
WHEREAS, BARBARA WINTER did request that the City Council pass
a Conditional Use Ordinance to allow the construction of
26' x 40t to be used as a shop for maintaining, repairing and sales of motors,
boats and accessories on the real property described as:
wooden building

Parcel 6, Book 206, Page 11, and being a portion of Tract 238 of Thm Lands, according to County Assessorfs Map No. 1681, in the City of Carlsbadi

WHEREAS, the Carlsbad City Council wishes to initiate a proposed
amendment to Ordinance No. 9060 which would allow the granting of a condition-
al use ordinance for the above,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City
of Carlsbad recommends that a public hearing be held by the Planning Commis-
sion of the City of Carlsbad as required by Chapter 3, Title 7, of the Governmen?
Code, commonly known as the Conservation and Planning Act of the State of
California for the amendment of Ordinance No. 9060 to allow a temporary
conditional use permit on the property described above, to allow the construc-
tion of the 262 x 40' wooden building to be used as a shop for maintaining,
repairing and the sales of motors, boats and accessories.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Planning Director of the City of I
Carlsbad give the notices as required by law for a hearing on the proposed
amendment to Ordinance No. 9060.
