RESOLUTION NO. 782.
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY CUUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD APPROVING
AN AGREEMENT FOR PUBLIC WORKS PLAM
PREPAIRAT ION.
WHEREAS, an agreement with the Housing and Home Finance Agency for
Public Works Plan Preparation has been presented to the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad for adoption; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has heard read said agreement and is
familiar with the contents thereof;
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
that said agreement be and the same is hereby approved and the Mayor and
the City Clerk are hereby directed to sign the same on behalf of said
City, said agreement to be binding upon the City upon its executio
authorized officials of the State.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 7th day of
November, 1961, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Guevara, Bierce, La Roche, Sonneman, and McPherson.
NOES: NONE
ABSENT: NONE
