A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD @PROVING

(Proposed Assessment District No, 2-1961)
installation of a sanitary sewer in Pi0 Pic0 Drive, beginning at a point approx-
imately 393,OO feet Northerly from Pi0 Pic0 Drive and Tamarack Avenue inter-
WHEREAS, on Puovember 21, 1961, a petition was filed with the City Clerk
of the City of Carlsbad, wherein petitioners requested the construction and

in Tamarack Avenue, from Pi0 Pic0 Drive to Adams Street; in Adams Street from
Tamarack Avenue to Locust Street; in Chinquapin Avenue from Harrison Street to
Highland Drive; and through easements to be provided for;

NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad DOES HEREBY
RESOLVE AND DECLARE as follows:

be done pursuant thereto until such time as the Health Officer of the City of
Carlsbad shall have certified that the installation of said sewer is necessary
as a health measure,

1. That said petition has been filed with the City Clerk as aforesaid.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
at a regular meeting held on the 19th day of December, 1961, by the following
