A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD REQUESTING
OPINION OF HEALTH OFFICER, AND
ATION OF SANITARY SEWERS.
DECLARING THE NECESSITY OF INSTALL-
(Proposed Assessment District No. 2-1961)
BE IT RESOLVED by the city Council of the City of Carlsbad that the

installation of sanitary sewers in Pi0 Pic0 Drive, beginning at a point approx-
imately 393.00 feet Northerly from Pi0 Pic0 Drive and Tamarack Avenue inter-
section to a point approximately 415.00 feet Southerly from Tamarack Avenue;

and declared to be necessary as a health measure, and that assessment proceed-
in Tamarack Avenue, from Pi0 Pic0 Drive to Adams Street; in Adams Street from
Tamarack Avenue to Locust Street; in Chinquapin Avenue from Harrison Street
to Highland Drive; and through easements to be provided for; in the City of
Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, be,and it is hereby found
1511 ings should be initiated to install said sanitary sewers; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad, be,
and he is hereby directed to advise the Health Officer of the City of Carlsbad
that it: is the finding of the City Council of the City of Carlsbad that the

said Health Officer be requested to investigate said proposed installation of
sewers, and if the said Health Officer feels that the installation of sewers in
installation of such sanitary sewers is necessary as a health measure and that

such is the case and to recommend that the assessment proceedings should be
initiated for the construction of said sanitary sewers.

on the 19th day of December, 1961, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Co-undmen Guevara, Bierce, Sonneman, La Rache and McPherson.
