A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, APPROVING
OPINION Ah9 FINDING OF HEALTH OFFICER,
AND ORDERING OPINION OF HEALTH OFFICER
SPREAD UPON THE MINUTES.
6 11 WHEREAS, J. B, ASKEW, M. D., Health Officer of the City of Carlsbad,

1 has certified to this Body that in his opinion the installation of sanitary
sewers in Pfo Pic0 Drive, beginning at a point approximately 393.00 feet North-
erly from Pi0 Pic0 Drive and Tamarack Avenue intersection to a point approx-
imately 415.00 feet Southerly from Tamarack Avenue; in Tamarack Avenue, from
Pi0 Pic0 Drive to Adam Street; in Adam Street from Tamarack Avenue to Locust
Street; in Chinquapin Avenue from Harrison Street to Highland Drive; and
through easements to be provided for, is necessary as a health measure, and
has recommended to this Body that assessment proceedings be instituted for the
installation of sanitary sewers in said area, by a letter to this City Council

17 11 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said letter of the Health Officer of the
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad held on the 19th day of December, 1961, by the following vote,
