RESOLUTION NO. 796
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COurSCXL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNXA, SETTING FEES FOR ELECTION OFFICERS A.HD RENTAL OF POLLING PLACE$ FOR A SPECWL ELECTXOEJ TO BE HELD IN THE CITY OF CA€?,LSBAD ON THE 16th DAY
OF JANBAR 1962.
WHERECIS, under the provisions af the law relating to general law cities
of the State of Cahfornia, a special election shall be held in the City af Carlsbac
on the 16th day of January, 1962, far the purpose of submitting to the qualified
voters of said city a proposition to incur bonded indebtedness by said 4ty for
a certain municipal improvement as more fully described in Ordinance No. 107:
of the City of Carlsbadj and
WHEREBS, a Resolution No. 785 of the City of Carlsbad has requested
the San Diego County Registrar of Voters to handle said sewer bond election
on January 16, 1962; and
WHEREAS, the City of Carlsbad shall pay to the County of San Diego
any costs incurred by the Caunty'Registrar af Voters in conducting said election
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Cauncil of the City of Carlsbad, California,
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER as follows:
S,ection 1. That the compensation of the persons hereinbefore named
as election officers in Ordinance No. 1075 of the City of Carlsbad is hereby
fixed at the sum of Fgteen (15) Dollars for each inspector and Twelve (12)
Dollars for each Judge and Clerk for the special election to be held in the City
of Carlsbad on the 16th day of Jarzuary, 1962. The rentd for each af such
pozllkng places as provided in Ordinance NQ. 1075 of the City of Carlsbad, where
a charge is made, shall be the surn of Ten (10) Dollars for said elecuon.

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Cound of the C%y of
