A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD REQUESTING THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF SAN DIEGO TO __ ._ PEkYIT THE REGISTRAR OF VOTERS OF SAID COUNTY TO RENDER SPECIFIED SERVICES TO THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD RELATING TO THE CONDUCT OF A GENERAL MUNI~IPAL ELECTION TO BE HELD IN
SAID CITY ON APRIL 10 , 19j-j.
WHEREAS, a general municipal election is to be held
WEREAS, in the course of conduct of said election and in relation thereto it will be necessary t~ mail sample ballots and polling place cards to the registered voters of the City, and it w5ll facilitate such mailing if the Registrar of Voters of the County of San Diego will prepare and furnish the City the im- printing of the names and addresses of the registered voters of
said City on I.B.M. polling place card forms furnished by the City; and
in the Ctty of Carlsbad On April 10 y 19a;
WHEREAS, all necessary expense in performing this ser-
vice shall be paid by the City of Car 1 s bad 9
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad does hereby RESOLVE, DETEFMINE AM) ORDER,as
fo'lbows:
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the provisions of Section 22003 of the Elections Code of the State of California, this City Council hereby requests the Board of Supervisors of said County to permit the Registrar of Voters to prepare and furnish to said City, for use in conducting said election to be held on
19 - 62, the Fmprinting of the names and addresses of the registered voters of said City on I.B.M. polling place card forms furnished by the City.

SECTION 2. That said City shall reimburse said County for services performed when the work is completed and upon pre- sentation to the City of a properly approved bill.

SECTION 3. Thae the CLty Clerk is hereby directed to
