HomeMy WebLinkAbout1962-02-20; City Council; Resolution 8054 I I e s 1C 11 12 12 14 1E l€ 17 1& 19 2c 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 20 29 30 31 32 RESOLUTION NO. 805 A REf3OLUTIOM OF THE CJTN COIJNCIL WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad on tbe 13th lay of February, 1962, recommended to the City Council that the tentative map 3f Glenview Estates subdivision be approved; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad on the 20th day of ?ebruary, 19 62, considered the recommendation of the Planning Commission; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the CXty Council of the City )f Carlsbad, that the City Council does hereby approve said tentative map of XENVIEW ESTATES STTBDIVISXOM, subject to the following requirements and :onditians being performed by the Subdivider: 1. All domestic water supplied to this subdivlsian shall come from the 2arlsbad Water Department. 2. All buildings constructed in this subdivision shall be connected to the zarlsbad Public Sewer System. 3. The sewer and water lines shall nat be laid in the came trench in any kart of this subdivision. 4. Proper drainage shall be maintained throughout the subdivision so as to revent pondi 5. ar swrage of swvace water. One (I) standard six inch (6") fire hydrant shall be located at the south- rest corner of Magnolia and IrA" Street. 6. Street paving shall consist of 2" of asphaltic concrete with stone chip seal coat laid on 6" of deoomposed granite base, or equal, unless native materia .s approved for base by the Engineering Department. 12. Type "C'' concrete curb and gutter shall be installed in all streets. 3mcrete cross gutters shall be 6 feet wide and located as required for drainage. 13. Sidewalks shall be 4 feet in width and located 6 inches from the street dght-of-way line. 14. All required street name signs, barricades and safety devices shall )e installed. 15. Six inch (6") diameter water mdn and appurtenances as required by he City shall be installed. One (1") inch copper water services shall be con- itructed to serve each lot. 16. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City clerk is hereby directed to- lace a copy of this resolution in the usual course of mail, addressed to the ubdidder at his address as shown on the tentative map.
