9700 to 9920 inclusive of the Election Code of the State of California, a
General Municipal Election was held on the 10th day of April, 1962, in the
City of Carlsbad, State of California; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad met at its usual
place of meeting on Tuesday, April 17, 1962, being the first Tuesday after
the election, and canvassed the return of said election;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad DOES

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COWCIL OF
THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, DECLARING THE RESULTS OF TIIE: MUNICIPAL ELECTION HELD IN THE CITY OF CARLSBAD ON APRIL loth, 1962, AND DECLARING RESULT
OF SAJD ELECTXOM, AND CERTAIN FACTS RELATIVE THERETO.
KEREBY FIND, DECLARE AND RESOLVE that all proceedings required
by the Elections Code of the State of California that relate to municipal
elections, have been performed and held in the manner and form required
by said Elections Code.
IT IS FURTILER RESOLVED AND DECLARED by said Council, that
the canvass of the election returns are herewith declared to be as follows:
