RESOLUTION NO. 827
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, STATING THEIR INTENTION TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 9060, SECTION 900, BY ADDING SUB-
SECTION (5) FO INCLUDE RESTAURANTS, BARS AND COCKTAIL LOUNGES (On-sale Liquor) AND LIQUOR STORES (Off-sale) UNDER PERMITTED USES IN A.N R-T ZONE.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad does hereby resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council on its own motion does hereby declare
its intention to initiate an amendment to Section 900 of Ordinance No. 9060, by
adding subsection (5) to read as follows:
(5)". Restaurants, bars and cocktail lounges (On-Sale I1
Liqumand liquor stores (Off-sale).
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause this resolution
of intention to be forwarded to the Planning Comrnission, who shall hold hearingf
upon such matter as required by Section 1803 of Ordinance No. 9060 of the
City of Carlsbad.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
Council held on the 6th day of June, 1962, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Bierce, McPherson, Neiswender and Hughes.
NOES: Councilman Guevara
ABSENT: None
