RESOLUTION NO. 808
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD APPROVING PLAT OF ASSESSMENT DISTRICT, DETER- MWING THE NATURE, LOCATION AND
EXTENT OF THE PROPOSED IMPROVEMENT,
AND APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS. (wssessment uistrict iuo. Z-LWLJ
WHEREXS, plans designated "Construction Plans of Sanitary Sewer System
n Pi0 Pic0 Drive, Chinquapin Avenue, Tamarack Avenue, Adams Street,
fighland Drive, and Easements in Public Rights of Way in Tract 237, Thum Land
VIap 1681", and specifications designated "Contract Documents and Construction
specifications, No. 2-1961", providing for the construction of certain sanitary
;ewer work in the City of Carlsbad have been presented to this City Council and
iroceedings for the construction of said work are to be taken under the Improve-
nent Act of 1911; and
WHEREAS, and assessment district map designated "Assessment District
!io. 2-1961 Plat", showing the boundaries of the territory benefited by said
iroposed work and to be assessed therefor, has been presented to this Council
md examined; and
WHEREAS, the estimated cast of said work has been filed with this City
Zouncil by the Engineer for said work.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California,
30ES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE A.ND ORDER as follows:
SECTION 1. That the plat of the proposed assessment district is hereby
Lpproved and ordered filed in the office of the City Clerk.
SECTION 2. That in the opinion of this City Council the contemplated work
is of more than local or ordinary public benefit, and this City Council HEREBY
DECLARES AND DETERMINES that the area to be benefited, as reported by
;he aforesaid plat, should be declared to be the district benefited by said work
2nd should be assessed to pay the cost and expense thereof.
SECTION 3. That said Plans and Specifications are hereby approved and
xdered filed in the office of the City Clerk.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of

vote, to wit:
