RESOLUTION NO. 810
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD DETERMINING THE GENERAL PREVAILING RATE OF PER DIEM WAGES.
(Assessment District No. 2-1961)
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad did upon the 3rtl day
of July, 1962, adopt plans and specifications for the construction of sanitary
sewers and appurtenances, and appurtenant work in Pi0 Pic0 Drive, Chinquapin
Avenue, Tamarack Avenue, Adams Street, Highland Drive, and easements in
public rights of way in Tract 237, Thum Lands, Map 1681; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has ascertained the general prevailing rate
sf per diem wages in the locality in which said work is to be performed, and
this City Council has ascertained the general prevailing rate for legal holiday
md overtime work in said locality for each craft or type of workman needed to
execute said contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California,
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER as follows:
Section 1. That the general prevailing rate of per diem wages in the
locality in which said work is to be performed for each craft or type of
porkman needed to execute the contract for said work is determined to be as

IVERTINIE: Not less than one and one-half times the abave prevailing rates
)f per diem wages shall be paid for overtime work performed on Sundays and egal holidays, as defined in Section 6700 of the California Government Code, 'or work performed in excess of eight hours in any one calendar day where wertime is permitted by law.
n accordance with the provisions of the Labor Code and in accordance with
he regulations of the California Apprenticeship Council, properly indentured
tpprentices may be employed in the prosecution of the work.
Said general prevailing rates shall be specified in the call for Section 2.
